Set up a screen in front of your erg – or beside it – and follow us as the cox puts us through our paces.
Steady state rate 20
This is an eight minute piece at rate 20 steady state or 3/4 pressure. Follow the crew on your erg and apply enough pressure to train in the UT1 range.
Rate step 22-24-26
This piece is just over seven minutes long and should give you a chance to open your lungs and reach the top end of your UT1 range. Set up your erg and row with us!
